Ausstellung Galerie Cruise & Callas

For his second exhibition at Cruise & Callas the American artist Chris Hammerlein wants to convey what led him originally to be an artist. His use of clay as the material of choice for the sculptures is a reference to artistic influences throughout the history of mankind ranging from the Hellenistic culture to Wilhelm Lehmbruch. Like his predecessors Chris Hammerlein reports on his world by forming animals, waves and crumbling buildings.
